How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed in the order they are received, once payment has cleared.
The estimated production time is listed on each product page and does not include delivery time.  UK delivery time  typically takes 1–2 days, while international delivery ranges from approx 3–10 days.  If you require a shipping upgrade or need a rush order, please contact us before placing your order.

What delivery options do you offer?

We offer a range of delivery options, which are displayed at checkout. These include standard delivery, express delivery, and tracked delivery.

You're very welcome to view pieces currently in progress - this can be arranged via Zoom or WhatsApp video call. Please feel free to get in touch to schedule a viewing.

If there's a specific item you're interested in seeing, let us know, and we’ll inform you when we'll be working on that particular piece.

What happens if my order is delayed?

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur. If your order is delayed, please contact us, and we will investigate the matter.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs vary depending on the size and weight of your order, as well as the delivery destination. The exact cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship from he UK - International import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's Customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to buying.

Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to change the delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the new address.

How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the damaged packaging and items and we will advise further. Please retain all packaging. 

Do you ship worldwide? 

We ship from the UK to many countries worldwide. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, please contact us directly for accurate shipping costs and to place your order - or feel free to visit our Etsy store.
